Canyon Shadows is a painting done from a scene just inside the Rockies between Banff and Calgary Alberta. This place is were I love to hike. Along this canyon behind the viewer is a small frozen stream of water that fell from other mountains. Also in this canyon is a fabulous place to rock climb. This original painting is 15 X 27 inches.
Along The Hike is a small painting but ominous was the view. This is a great spot and is also along the Banff highway. The sun played with this mountain most of the afternoon and I fell in love with the view. It also is a great place of peace and I often go there to ponder life. This original painting is approximately 8 X 11 inches.
In The Pass is another painting done from the place I love to hike. The peace there is so wonderful. In the distance one can often hear the creaking of tree trunks and moving snow. This painting holds a special place in my heart for the love of nature itself. This original painting is approximately 14 X 22 inches.
Into The Canyon is another painting which demonstrates my passion for painting winter scenes. The stark whiteness of the almost blinding snow leading into a more dense forest in the background create an intense contrast not only in the painting but in the mountain wilderness as well. This original painting is 12 X 18 inches.
