Harry's Bar had to be painted ! This scene captured me instantly. Sitting just outside of Calgary Alberta, this particular building with all the graffiti just made me chuckle to myself at how some youth had attempted to adorn this landmark. The bleek fall prairie in the background after the crops had been harvested made quite a contrast indeed. This painting is 9 X 13 inches.

Just One Look shows a close up of the bleek prairie. The snow shadows and simple grasses made this painting a challenge to do. But in it's simplicity is beauty. This painting is 20 X 27 inches.









Drumheller Elevators

Drumheller Elevators shows the fresh snow laying on the prairies in this small city. Although the elevators have now changed, it was to me an interesting perspective of this city looking west along the railroad tracks. This painting is 9 X 13 inches.
